More video shoot edits

Here is another series of videos that I have done recently –  these two showcase my work with HDMI capture before I embark on my music videos and also my filmaking.I have a new camcorder coming next week. The new Canon HFS10 so I am really excited. It will offer 24p and has  huge resolution for a camcorder.I bought the Panasonic TM300 but sent it back within minutes becasue I found it’s performance disappointing. My SR11 beat it in most of my own subjective tests. As a semi professional I am looking for that extra inch of performance and this didn’t give me any advance on my year old SR11.To any consumer – I am sure that this will be no problem as the image is very good.My main gripe was low light performance.

I hope you enjoy them – go to Vimeo to see them in HD – Better still – download the original file.

  1. Hi Henry,
Love the videos and the acoustic music to back them seems very appropriate. Saw you talk recently at Locks Heath Working Mens club(hampshire) and thought you were most interesting and thought provoking to listen too.
I was looking for an e-mail address for you, but couldn’t find one, so I will use this box as hopeful means of initial communication. I come to you with a slightly alterior motive. I am a member of a local church here in (Whiteley Church)Hampshire, and for the last few years we have been fundraising to build a dedicated church building for the people of Whiteley. We currently worship in a community centre hall. We are doing quite well, and are now on our final push. Our goal is to raise £600k and we have so far managed £484k. In late June we are launching a week of Prayer and publicity which will culminate in a gift day for the people of Whiteley. We will be launching our gift week with a blaze of publicity (local papers, press, tv and radio – we hope) and will be holding an outdoor service on our church building site land (currently scrub land) on Sunday 28th June. I come to you humbly to ask whether you would be interested in helping us launch our gift/prayer week by coming and singing with us (perhaps even for us which would be lovely) at our outdoor service. Maybe your vision and appeal will encourage more people who wouldn’t usually come to a service to join us for our special week. Henry, i apologise for using this forum to make contact with you. If you feel you could help in any way, we would be delighted to hear from you, and please feel free to email me, where i will be able to tell you more about our vision of christianity for the small town of Whiteley.
    God Bless, Matthew
